New t-shirt Order Form
Use the order form below to order shirts for yourself and your family! We have different color options for adults and kids. Payment options are also listed below. Ordering is available until xxxxxx.
T-shirts cost $20 a shirt.
We’d love for everyone in our church to have a shirt! If the cost feels like a stretch—whether because you’ve got a big crew or finances are tight right now—we’ve got you covered. We’ve set aside funds to help, so just reach out if you’d like one but the price is a challenge.
Sizing and fitting:
Lightweight, semi-fitted: closer fit; skims body, chest, & arms. If you like a looser fit size up!
Garment measurements (inches)
How to Measure:
Lay garment flat and use a tape measure or ruler.
LENGTH: Measure from high point shoulder to finished hem at back.
WIDTH: Measure from side to side at 1" below the armholes.

Place an envelope with cash or check in the box on Sunday morning noted T-Shirt Payment, along with your name.
